Sprinter 144 Wall Panel CNC DXF Files (2019+ High Roof) Digital Download

The black dots shown in the design indicate the mounting holes used to fasten the panels to the van walls. The holes are positioned to match as many of the factory mounting holes as possible. The pre-designed mounting holes are precisely aligned for CNC cutting, saving you hours of manually measuring, aligning, and drilling holes during installation.

In my Sprinter camper van build, M5 rivet nuts and M5 screws fit the factory holes perfectly, making installation straightforward while minimizing the need to drill additional holes.

The design file is provided as a clean template. It does not include cutouts for windows or the power outlets, as these can be added to suit your own van and layout. Description

These DXF files are designed for Sprinter 144 wall panels (2019+ High Roof), based on my proven Sprinter 170 wall panel system and carefully adapted using detailed measurements from a 144 model.

Unlike the 170 version—which has been fully cut and installed—this 144 design has not yet been physically tested in a real van build. However, it is developed using accurate dimensional references and real-world panel logic, making it a strong and reliable starting point for your project.

I created these files after purchasing multiple digital designs that didn’t fit properly, which led me to develop my own approach focused on accuracy and usability.

Important Notes

Every van is slightly different. Even with accurate designs, minor trimming and adjustments are expected during installation.

Because this design has not been physically installed in a Sprinter 144, you should expect to test-fit and make small refinements as needed. And the price has been set at a discount.

Q: Are the panels designed for a tight fit?
A: No. The design intentionally includes small gaps to accommodate fabric wrapping or other finishing materials applied to the panel surfaces. This prevents interference during installation and helps achieve a cleaner final appearance, especially considering the vertical and horizontal curves of the Sprinter van. As with any van build, you should perform basic measurements, test-fit the panels, and make minor adjustments based on your specific vehicle setup.

Q: Are these physical templates or digital files?
A: 100% digital. You will receive downloadable DXF files for CNC cutting.

Q: Has this been tested in a real Sprinter 144 build?
A: Not yet. This design is based on a fully tested Sprinter 170 system and precise 144 measurements, but has not been physically installed. Some adjustment should be expected.

Q: Should I perform measurements before cutting?
