These full-size paper wall panel templates accurately replicate the wall panels in my own van. You can choose whether or not to trace the window openings, power outlets, or other custom cutouts, depending on your build.

The outer edge of each template precisely follows the factory contours of the van, ensuring an accurate fit. The mounting hole locations are also marked on the templates.

In my build, M5 rivet nuts fit the factory holes perfectly, allowing the panels to be fastened securely with M5 bolts. The design has been optimized to utilize as many factory mounting holes as possible, minimizing the need to drill additional holes and making installation faster and easier.

3. TRACE: Use a pencil to clearly trace all outlines and critical interior cutouts onto your material.

4. CUT: Use a jigsaw (and drill for holes) to cut along your traced lines.

5. FIT & TRIM: Test-fit the panels in your van. Minor trimming is normal and expected to accommodate insulation thickness and perfect the fit.

Q: The templates arrived folded. Are the creases a problem?
A: No. Flatten the templates before use. The fold lines are for shipping and do not compromise the accuracy of the cutting outlines or interior cutouts.

Q: What if my van's wiring or window layout is different?
A: These templates are based on the standard factory layout for 2019+ Sprinter 170s. Always test-fit and verify cutout locations against your specific van before making final cuts, especially if you have added aftermarket windows.

Q: Can I use these for a Sprinter 144?
A: Not recommended. The Sprinter 170 has a longer wheelbase and different wall dimensions. These templates are specific to the 170 model and will not fit a 144 correctly.
