Tested Working Sprinter Tailgate Panel Design CNC digital cutting DXF file 2019+ Year Model

Description

These are the exact DXF files I designed and used for my own Sprinter tailgate door upper panel, cut from a standard 1/4" plywood sheet. I’m sharing them here in the hope that they can save you time, material, and a bit of frustration on your own build.

Before making these myself, I purchased several digital designs that turned out to be untested and didn’t fit properly, which was pretty frustrating. That experience is a big reason I’m sharing these files. These designs were created, cut, redesigned several times, and used in a real Sprinter build.

Compatibility

These files were designed and tested on a newer Sprinter (2019+). I can’t guarantee fitment for models made before 2019, as there may be dimensional differences. If you’re working on an older van, you’re welcome to try them, just knowing that some adjustments may be required.

The CNC file includes pre-marked installation holes that align with the factory mounting points. Based on my own experience, M5 rivet nuts fit the factory holes perfectly, allowing the panels to be installed without drilling additional mounting holes in most cases. M5 bolts are then used to securely fasten the panels to the rivet nuts.
