Full-Scale Sliding Door Panels Cutting Templates for Mercedes Sprinter

The template includes pre-marked installation holes that align with the factory mounting points. Based on my own experience, M5 rivet nuts fit the factory holes perfectly, allowing the panels to be installed without drilling additional mounting holes in most cases. M5 bolts are then used to securely fasten the panels to the rivet nuts.

How to Use
1. Flatten: Unfold your templates and smooth them out. Creases from shipping do not affect the cutting lines or accuracy.
2. Place templates inside your van to confirm alignment
3. Tape onto plywood or panel material
4. Trace outline and mounting holes
5. Cut with jigsaw or CNC
6. Perform minor final trimming if needed
